Pre-Arrival Communication

Information sent to a visitor before they arrive, covering directions, parking, entrance details, and what to expect.

Pre-arrival communication is the set of messages a host sends a guest before a scheduled visit — typically parking instructions, entrance directions, a room or suite number, and any “what to bring” notes.

Done well, it eliminates the vast majority of “I'm outside, where do I go?” contact. Done poorly (or not at all), it's the most common source of visitor friction.
